'ROCHA' PEAR AND REDCURRANT JAM WITH MELISSA AND PINK PEPPER
This fruit jam balances the sweet flavour of 'Rocha' pear with the acidity of the redcurrant, resulting in a fruit jam with a granulated texture and a unique flavour experience. Along with the mixture of these fruits, we added a touch of melissa, giving it a fresh and sweet flavour, and pink pepper, which is slightly spicy.
It combines exceptionally well with salads, brie cheese toasts, blue goat cheese (Roquefort, Silton, and Gorgonzola), ham, pizza, sushi, burgers, and filling for dark chocolates.
Ingredients: Pear 'Rocha' (45%), sugar, redcurrant (10%), melissa (0.8%). gelling agent (pectin), lemon juice and pink pepper (0.1%). Prepared with 55 g of fruits per 100 g.
