Board clean and care:

  • Do not put in the dishwasher, oven or microwave;
  • Rinse under running water with detergent, but without soaking; air dry, laying horizontally;
  • In the case of finished items – except colored items –, periodically apply vegetable oil for better conservation.

Ideal accompaniment to cheeses, S. Excellent as a topping for ice cream, yogurt, panna cotta and crepes, pancakes, bubble filling and cookies.

Ideal to accompany meats, ham and cheeses.

‘Rocha’ Pear and Redcurrant Jam with Melissa and Pink Pepper

Excellent accompaniment to smoked and ham, blue cheeses, with salads, toast with brie cheese, blue cheeses (Roquefort, Silton, Gorgonzola) and goat, sushi and hamburgers and filling with dark chocolate bonbons.
