SALAD OF KIWI, GREEN APLLE AND ARUGULA, WITH FETA CHEESE AND, CHERRY AND BRANDY JAM

This kiwi and green apples salad is very fresh, and delicate for springtime. With rucula, feta cheese and a delicious topping with cherry and brandy jam meia.dúzia® - Sabores de Portugal mixed in this delicious salad!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Kiwis

  • 1 Sliced Green Apple

  • 100g de Arugula

  • 100g de feta cheese (mini size pieces)

  • 1 Tube of Cherry jam with Brandy meia.dúzia®

  • A pinch of goji berries

  • A pinch of poppy seeds

     For the Emulsion:

  • 1 Tube of orange blossom honey with chilly meia.dúzia®

  • 1 Tube Olive oil with green pepper meia.dúzia® 60ml

  • 1 Tbsp. of wine vinegar

  • Salt 

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl add the olive oil meia.dúzia®, the vinegar and the orange blossom and chilli honey meia.dúzia®. Mix it all together and season with salt.

  2. Divide the arugula by 4 dishes and season it with the emulsion.

  3. And in each of the dishes, distribute in equal amounts mini balls of feta cheese, slices of apple and kiwi.

  4. Sprinkle with Gogi berries and poppy seeds. Finish on top with Cherry and Brandy jam meia.dúzia®
