WHITE CHOCOLATE SPREAD WITH ALGARVE ORANGE, YUZU & IYOKAN
The white chocolate spread has at least 28% cocoa and 22% milk. This is a sweet, milky and creamy chocolate with notes of caramel and vanilla. Combined with the intense, sweet and unmistakable taste of our Algarve orange and with the notes of yuzu and iyokan (citrus fruits), it makes it a creamy chocolate spread with citrus flavour, very appreciated by the intensity of the flavour.
Ideal topping for orange cheesecake, chocolate cake, and orange pies, and also to savour along with coffee. Perfect pairing for Macarons.
Ingredients: orange (44.1%),white chocolate (20%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whlole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), sugar, iyokan (0.5%), yuzu (0.5%), gelling agent (pectin) and lemon juice. May contain traces of milk. Prepared with 44.1 g of fruits per 100g.
