Goat cheese toast with "Negrinha Do Douro" Olive Paste - By Chef Álvaro Costa

Ingredients:
Sliced rye bread
Ripe tomato
Microvegetables
meia.dúzia® "Negrinha do Douro" Olive Paste
meia.dúzia® "Bravo de Esmolfe" Apple Extra Jam with Cinnamon
Goat cheese
Olive oil, salt and pepper

Preparation mode:
Put on a slice of bread the cheese and the sliced tomatoes, the meia.dúzia® "Negrinha do Douro" Olive Paste, a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Finish with meia.dúzia® "Bravo de Esmolfe" Apple Extra Jam with Cinnamon.
Cover with another slice of bread and toast, cut and serve.
